JOSEPH: A STUDY IN DIVINE RIGHTEOUSNESS – PART 20
GENESIS 47:10-31

INTRODUCTION:

In the last part of this series, we discover that Gentiles word is kept down for the faithful ones and also curse will never come without a reason. Today, as we continue in our study in Joseph may the Lord bless us Mightily in Jesus Name. Amen.

1. THOSE GOD BLESS OR HIS REPRESENTATION IS BLESSED RIGHTLY.
Jacob blesses Pharaoh, mighty thing around happen in live of Pharaoh suddenly. In the same way, when the Lord bless Abraham, things change for him rapidly Gen. 24:34-35. Some ancient truth is still truth till date that those that God Bless or lie representative will have some experience of change to good that great mightily in their times. 2. NOT ALL BLESS ARE BODY NEED.

RESISTING THE HOLY GHOST

INTRODUCTION:

We are in the sixth dispensation; this is the time of grace and the Holy Ghost. God communicates to us through the Holy Spirit. It will be wrong of us to disobey our Teacher and our standby. May the Lord bless us richly as we study at His Feet in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.

1. CAUSES FOR RESISTNG THE HOLY GHOST
Refusing to yield to corrections and reproved, uncircumcised in heart and ears I Pet. 5:6. Pride is the demon responsible for resisting the Holy Ghost. Selfishness is another open door for the devil. 1. THERE IS ACTING OF THING THAT WE CAN CHANGE AS A RESULT OF LAYING HANDS.
We are receiving some healing through laying of hands to the sick from the right person Mark 16:17-18. This can be so when the faith of the victim is very weak Luke 13:11-13. Some other things that we can derive from issue a command of laying hand also by anointing someone for the mission work, wealth, wisdom and other gift of God and so on. INTRODUCTION:

INTRODUCTION:

In the last part lesson that we treated in this series, we discover that many things can be transferred through laying of hands, especially the hands of God Himself. As we continue in this lesson today, may God bless us richly in Jesus Name. Amen.

1. UNSTEADINESS WILL NOT EXCEL
Those that they are not unsteadiness cannot excel because of inestablished or unsteadiness annoying God James 1:5-8. Therefore He didn’t answered their prayers. Truly He didn’t want His children to do anything with such a people i.e. unsteadiness. 2. SINNERS CANNOT HIDE FOREVER
Reuben sin against His father many years back Gen. 35:22. He thought that since His father did not do anything concerning it at that time, His sin was hidden nor kept Isa. 1:18-19. But some sin have ways to find out sinners, except those sins that have been wash away through the blood of the lamb. THE BELIEVER ARE CALL TO WORSHIP

INTRODUCTION:

No one should be unuseful the kingdom of light. God always call His own children to minister to others. In this lesson we shall examine the call of God for Moses. May the Lord bless us tremendously as we study at His feet in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

GENESIS 49:5-7

1. DO NOT BEFRIEND AN ANGRY MAN
Simeon and Levi did not receive any special blessings from their father Jacob because of their fierce anger and cruelty Pro. 14:17. Cruelty pays but in very bad coins and anger is very dangerous to both the angry one and to the victim of the anger Ps. 37:8. Infact angry man is also dangerous to his friends Eccl. 7:9. Gen. 49:5-7; Pro. 11:17; Pro. 19:11; Pro. 22:24-25.

2. YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR DESTINY
Jacob said, “I will scatter Levi in Israel” Num. 1:50. Later on, God said, “I have taken Levi for the first born of the children of Israel”. What happened in between? What changed the destiny of Levi? His children. You too can change your destiny. Num. 18:3; Exo. 32:26; Ezek. 18:20-24.

LIVING SACRIFICE


INTRODUCTION:

In the last part of this series, we saw how anger is such a dangerous thing that we must not only avoid it like a plague but we must not even befriend an angry man. 1. THE LORD JESUS CHRIST IS THE LION OF JUDAH
Judah was blessed because he was the one who rescued Joseph from his brethren and thus preserved the entire Nation of Israel II Chr. 5:2; Heb. 7:14; Rev. 5:1-6; John 1:29; Luke 1:30-33; Rev. 19:16; John 12:32; Ph. 2:9-11. And all the blessings pronounced on him find their ultimate fulfillment in our Lord Jesus Christ, the great Lion of Judah. Gen. 49:8-12; Gen. 37:26-27.

2. THE LION OF JUDAH IS WORTHY TO BE PRAISE
There are five principal categories of people that men normally praise. There are: –
i God John 1:1-14
ii A friend I John 1:7
iii A benefactor Ps. 103:1-3
iv A relation who had done the family proud and Ps. 103:4-5
v Someone who is undoubtedly, undeniably great Ps. 107:1-2.
Jesus Christ fits into each and every category, surely the great Lion of Judah is worthy to be praised. Gen. 49:8; John 13:1; Psalm 107:8-16; Rev. 5:9-14; Ps. 104:1-5.

Not only did he heap on him the blessings of heaven above and blessings of the deep beneath, he also included the blessings of the breasts, which of course Ps. 23:1-2, means the blessing of Mummy’s breasts with its deep implications. Jer. 1:4-5; I Cor. 3:21-23; Matt. 6:11; John 14:14; Rom. 8:32; John 16:24; Ps. 103:1-5.

2. MUMMY’S MILK IS INEXHAUSTIBLE
The blessings of Mummy’s breasts are inexhaustible Gen. 17:1. included are growth from almost nothing to a big strong man, from a baby on a bloody soaked floor to the throne, from a nobody to a channel of blessing Ph. 4:19, Everything a child needs is in the Mummy’s milk. There are five principal categories of people that men normally praise. There are: –

v Someone who is undoubtedly, undeniably great Ps. 107:1-2.
